Meghan Markle<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about how she deals with her darker days.<\/p>\n

The Duchess of Sussex, 43, shared insight into how she juggles tough times in her personal life with running her lifestyle brand, As Ever<\/a>, on the latest episode of her \u201cConfessions of a Female Founder\u201d podcast<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Detailing how she leans on other female founders for support, Meghan shared, \u201cThe safety of stream of consciousness with someone who understands it \u2026 that is part of that sisterhood and that understanding of, \u2018OK, every day is not going to be the same. Some days are going to be harder to show up as your best and shiniest self.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMaybe on that day, something really painful happened in your real life, but for your team, that is not how you show up. You can\u2019t,\u201d Meghan added in a conversation with her guest, Hannah Mendoza<\/strong>, the cofounder of coffee company Clevr Brands.<\/p>\n

The former Suits star fell into a whirlwind romance with Prince Harry in 2016, and by November 2017, the pair were engaged. Meghan\u2019s latest comments come after her husband, Prince Harry<\/strong>, made a public plea to reconcile with his father<\/a>, King Charles III<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Harry, 40, lost his appeal in an ongoing battle to reinstate government-funded security<\/a> in the U.K. on Friday, May 2. Harry and Meghan initially lost their security detail after they stepped down from their royal duties and moved out of the U.K. in 2020. The couple\u2019s security measures have been decided on a case-by-case basis since their move to the United States.<\/p>\n

In an interview with BBC News, the Duke of Sussex cast doubt on the likelihood<\/a> of relocating his family back to the U.K. in light of the court ruling.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the U.K. at this point,\u201d he said. \u201cThe things that they\u2019re going to miss is, well, everything. I love my country. I always have done. Despite what some people in that country have done.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Duke of Sussex introduced his father \u2014 who succeeded Queen Elizabeth II as monarch in September 2022 \u2014 to the\u00a0Suits\u00a0alum in November 2016 after nearly five months together. \u201cI\u2019d call [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Harry added, \u201cI miss the U.K., I miss parts of the U.K., of course I do. I think that it\u2019s really quite sad that I won\u2019t be able to show my children my homeland.\u201d<\/p>\n
