Kelsey Grammer<\/strong><\/a> is one of the most recognizable actors after having played Dr. Frasier Crane for more than 20 years on television! The star made the sophisticated psychiatrist his own on both Cheers<\/em> and its spinoff Frasier \u2014 <\/em>and he claimed four Emmy Awards<\/a> for Outstanding Lead Actor along the way. Born on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Kelsey would study theater in high school in Florida, before winning a scholarship to the esteemed Julliard School.<\/p>\n

After creating a stir on Broadway, including garnering a Tony nomination, Kelsey took his talents to Tinseltown, where he immediately landed the role of Frasier on the famed NBC sitcom. He would go on to star in the political drama Boss<\/em> and have parts in 30 Rock<\/em><\/a> and Modern Family<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0 He would even add a fifth Emmy for his work as Sideshow Bob\u00a0on\u00a0The Simpsons.<\/i><\/p>\n

Outside his myriad of film and TV projects, Kelsey found himself with a myriad of children \u2014 seven to be exact! The thespian shares daughter Spencer<\/strong> with his first wife, Doreen Alderman<\/strong>. In November 2022, Spencer and Kelsey announced they would be sharing the screen for the first time together in the holiday film The 12 Days of Christmas Eve<\/em>, per their appearance on Today<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Next, Kelsey welcomed daughter Greer<\/strong><\/a> with his ex girlfriend, Barrie Buckner. <\/strong>While married to Camille Grammer<\/a>, the star became the father to daughter Mason<\/strong> and son Jude, <\/strong>and\u00a0with his current wife Kayte Walsh<\/strong>, he shares\u00a0daughter\u00a0Faith<\/strong> and sons Gabriel <\/strong>and Auden<\/strong>. Kelsey\u2019s eldest child. Spencer, arrived on October 9, 1983. Taking a page from her papa, she worked her way in Hollywood as a voice actress, appearing as Summer Smith<\/strong> in the popular cartoon Rick and Morty<\/em>. She also made a name fore herself in front of the camera as well with toles in the TV shows Tell Me a Story<\/em>, The Barbarian and the Troll<\/em>,\u00a0Brampton\u2019s Own<\/em>,\u00a0Scorpion<\/em>,\u00a0Greek<\/em>\u00a0and Mr. Robinson. <\/em>Spencer also provided Kelsey with his only grandchild when she welcomed son Emmett<\/strong> with her ex husband James Hesketh<\/strong> in 2011.<\/p>\n

Greer Grammer<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Born on Feb 15, 1992, Greer is also following in her dad\u2019s footsteps. The young star already landed the role of Grace in Netflix\u2019s hit movie Deadly Illusions<\/em><\/a>. But she\u2019s definitely a little skittish to ask her famous father for any help in Tinseltown,<\/a> even in his own reboot of Frasier<\/em>. \u201cI would obviously love to be on the\u00a0Fraiser<\/em>\u00a0reboot,\u201d Greer told\u00a0HollywoodLife<\/strong> EXCLUSIVELY. \u201cI don\u2019t know how to ask that even though you think that I would, that that would be a no-brainer. Like, \u2018Dad! Get me a role!\u2019 but I\u2019m always so nervous asking my dad for things,\u201d she confessed.<\/p>\n

Mason Grammer<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Born in October 2001, Mason was Kelsey\u2019s first child with his RHOBH<\/em> star<\/a> ex Camille. Mason made many appearances along side her mom on the Bravo show. She once praised her father for becoming \u201ca better dad after every child,\u201d\u00a0 per Closer<\/em><\/a>. \u201cWhen I grew up, he was very strict,\u201d she told the outlet. \u201cNow, he\u2019s more relaxed with my younger siblings. It\u2019s a blast!\u201d<\/p>\n

Jude Grammer<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Kelsey welcomed his first son, Jude, via surrogate on August 28, 2004. The teenager has kept out of the spotlight, only appearing a handful of times with his mother, Camille, when she starred on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/em>.<\/p>\n

On July 13, 2012, Kelsey and his new wife Kayte welcomed their first child together, daughter Faith. \u201cWe are thrilled,\u201d the couple told People<\/em><\/a> at the time. \u201cMother and child are in excellent health.\u201d However, earlier in her pregnancy, Katie was expecting twins, but the baby boy died. \u201cA glorious birth with a lingering sadness is ours today,\u201d they added. \u201cWe choose to celebrate the life that has been given us. We proudly introduce our Faith to the world today looking forward to the days ahead and the children yet to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

Gabriel Grammer<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Gabriel, whose first name is Kelsey, arrived on \u00a0July 22, 2014. \u201cWe are blessed and excited to have this lovely young man join our family \u2014 he is magnificent,\u201d Kelsey and Kayte told People<\/em><\/a> at the time of his birth. \u201cOur son will be called Gabriel as there is a tradition in our family of going by our middle names.\u201d<\/p>\n

Auden Grammer<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Kelsey\u2019s youngest child, son Auden, was born on November 14, 2016. He goes by his middle name as well, James. \u201cThe name was chosen to honor the great poet\u00a0W.H. Auden<\/strong>, and James is after another great poet and singer\u00a0James Taylor<\/strong> \u2014 two of our favorites,\u201d the couple said in a statement.<\/p>\n
