Hilaria Baldwin<\/strong><\/a> references a \u201cnasty\u201d celebrity in her new book, and some observers are speculating that it\u2019s Amy Schumer<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hilaria, who is married to actor Alec Baldwin<\/strong>, addresses the unnamed celebrity in Manual Not Included<\/i><\/span><\/a>, which details her family life with Alec, 67, and their seven children.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to Hilaria, 41, a \u201cfamous person, someone I\u2019ve never met, who said nasty and untrue things about me and my family\u201d had mentioned the Baldwins in a \u201cshow\u201d and \u201ceven tried to bait me and Alec via Instagram.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe didn\u2019t engage with her and I guess I am proud of that,\u201d the author writes, per People<\/em><\/a>. \u201cIt made me mad at the system, but here, in this book, is where I can talk about it. I don\u2019t need to use her name and I don\u2019t want any problems with her, and I would like to be left out of any articles that mention her, because she has nothing to do with me. A total stranger.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAlec Baldwin\u2018s wife Hilaria Baldwin, has been by his side ever since they met in 2011. The couple\u2019s meet-cute took place at a New York City restaurant. \u201cI wandered into Pure Food and Wine on Irving Place, on an unseasonably warm February evening,\u201d Alec\u00a0recalled via Instagram in 2019. \u201cMy friend, [Brendan O\u2019Connell] and I sat [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In June 2023, Schumer, 43, roasted Hilaria and Alec<\/a> during her Netflix special Emergency Contact<\/i>. The comedian and actress recalled meeting Hilaria years before while they were backstage at Saturday Night Live<\/i>. During their interaction, Schumer said that the Massachusetts native told her she was \u201cfrom Espa\u00f1a\u201d and used a \u201cthick Spanish accent.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c[Hilaria and Alec] have a Von Trapp amount of children, and they named them all \u2015 I\u2019m not sure, but very Spanish names like Jam\u00f3n, Croqueta and Flamenco,\u201d Schumer joked in the special. \u201cAnd all of this would be fine and beautiful, except that \u2018Hilaria from Espa\u00f1a\u2019 is actually Hillary from Boston. This woman is in no way Spanish. Her parents are not from Spain. No one in her life is from Spain. You\u2019re going, \u2018What?!\u2019 Did you think I was just doing a really racist Spanish impression?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

When the show began streaming, Hilaria \u201cbecame very sick with stress,\u201d she recalls in her book, revealing that one of her children had shed tears about the commentary.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt gutted me because I couldn\u2019t understand how someone could be so inherently cruel,\u201d she says, per People<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The book \u2014 out on Tuesday, May 6 \u2014 includes several anecdotes about her marriage to Alec Baldwin and offers many tales of parenting their seven kids. (Hilaria and Alec, who married in 2012, share Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Even so, \u201cI don\u2019t need an apology,\u201d she writes, adding, \u201cNo matter what, I hope I never meet her.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
