Apple is finishing up her degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, while Moses recently matriculated<\/a> at Brown University in Rhode Island. Since becoming an empty-nester, Paltrow has enjoyed FaceTime and in-person visits when she can.<\/p>\n\u201cI\u2019ve actually been able to see them more. They\u2019re both on the East Coast \u2014 well, he\u2019s on the East Coast and she\u2019s southeast,\u201d Paltrow told the outlet. \u201cAnd I did a film [in New York City] in the fall, and it was great \u2018cause I got to see my son and stepson, who were just very close by quite a lot, which was really nice.\u201d<\/p>\n
