Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a> provided an update on the sale of her and ex Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s shared house.<\/p>\n

During an appearance on the Sunday, May 11, episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em><\/a>, Madix, 39, revealed<\/a> where the contentious back-and-forth saga now stands.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou and Tom agreed to sell your shared home, what\u2019s the latest news?\u201d Cohen, 56, asked the Love Island USA<\/em><\/a> host, to which she responded, \u201cThat is ongoing but hopefully wrapping up soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Madix\u2019s update comes more than six months after Sandoval, 42, said he had agreed<\/a> to sell the Los Angeles abode following Madix taking January 2024 legal action<\/a> following their 2023 split. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> last year, Madix alleged there was \u201cdiscord\u201d between Sandoval and herself, who are co-owners of the house. Sandoval had pushed to receive full ownership before agreeing to put the home on the market.<\/p>\n

Sandoval, 42, returned to his \u201cEverybody Loves Tom\u201d podcast on Wednesday, October 23, with girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson as his cohost. He used the platform to share a major [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Cohen asked Madix during her WWHL<\/em> appearance whether she and Sandoval were \u201ccohabitating\u201d as they continue to find a buyer, with Madix explaining that she now has her own separate house while Sandoval still \u201clives there.\u201d (Sandoval\u2019s girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson<\/strong> told Us<\/em> in October 2024 that she was considering moving in with Sandoval and he confirmed the pair\u2019s intentions during the October 23 episode of his \u201cEverybody Loves Tom\u201d podcast.)<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> also confirmed<\/a> in March 2024 that Madix bought a $1.6 million house that month.<\/p>\n

Madix and Sandoval originally purchased their shared property in 2019 for $2 million. Four years later, Sandoval made headlines when news broke that he had an affair with his Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a> costar Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAriana Madix has taken legal action in hopes of selling her and Tom Sandoval\u2019s joint house in Los Angeles following their 2023 split. Madix, 38, claimed in court documents obtained by Us Weekly that there is \u201cdiscord\u201d between her and Sandoval, 40, who are co-owners of the property. That tension she alleged is \u201ccontinuing to [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Us<\/em> confirmed in March 2023 that Sandoval and Madix split after nine years together in the wake of the scandal. Despite finding love with Daniel Wai<\/strong> in April 2023, Madix remained roommates with Sandoval in their house as they navigated their next moves.<\/p>\n
