“We met at a dorm room at USC on 28th Street,” Ludwig told NME<\/a>. “Frat house. It was a frat house that got suspended for having some parties that they shouldn’t have had. One night, we had a little kind of get-together, and we played pool. I was at the pool table when we met.”<\/p>\n “I just got done playing football,” Ryan added. “I was like a few weeks removed. I don’t know if I ever met anybody from Sweden before, so we immediately started talking about fashion. I remember you had some cool shoes on, and then we started talking about music. And that’s when we kind of took off.”\u00a0<\/p>\n “Yeah, you were talking about Swedish music,” Ludwig continued. “Lykke Li, Little Dragon \u2014 you were listening a lot to Lykke Li and Little Dragon.”\u00a0<\/p>\n “We became friends,” Ryan said. “We would hang out and listen to music, and that was maybe before I had something for you to compose…before Locks<\/em>.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Ryan and Ludwig met at a USC frat party while they were students in the USC School of Cinematic Arts.
