Allison Holker<\/strong><\/a> is reflecting on how her outlook has changed after the death of late husband Steven \u201ctWitch\u201d Boss.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI think from experiencing loss, I really grew a lot when it came to the comparison and not comparing myself to others, because when I lost Steven \u2014 my late husband, two years ago \u2014 the things I miss about him are what he probably would have thought were his flaws,\u201d Holker, 37, said on the Sunday, May 18, episode of the \u201cBetween Us\u201d<\/a> podcast. \u201cOr the things that he thought, like, \u2018Oh, I\u2019m sorry if this is annoying,\u2019 or, \u2018I do this,\u2019 or like, \u2018These are weird habits that I have.\u2019 But those are the things I wish I could have back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Holker recalled the couple, who were married for nine years tWitch died by suicide in 2022, always joking that he would leave the lid off of the toothpaste.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was so annoying, the toothpaste would get all over our sink. But I miss that,\u201d she said. \u201cHe would leave his stuff everywhere, and I miss that clutter sometimes, you know what I mean? There\u2019s certain things that he would think were, like, bad habits, and he thinks that those were bad \u2014 and we think those kinds of things about ourselves are bad \u2014 but those are things you miss about someone because it\u2019s what makes them unique.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAllison Holker found closure after husband Stephen \u201ctWitch\u201d Boss\u2018 death by reading his journals. \u201cHe was wrestling with a lot inside himself, and he was trying to self-medicate and cope with all those feelings because he didn\u2019t want to put it on anyone because he loved everyone so much,\u201d Holker, 36, told People on Tuesday, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Boss welcomed son Maddox and daughter Zaia in 2016 and 2019, respectively, with Holker before his untimely death. (Holker is also mom to 16-year-old daughter Weslie<\/a>, whom she welcomed in a previous relationship.)<\/p>\n

Years after Boss\u2019 death, Holker shared Boss\u2019 alleged personal information \u2014 including an alleged substance abuse issue and alleged childhood sexual abuse \u2014 in her memoir<\/a>, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss and Embracing the Light<\/em>. Boss\u2019 family, including mom Connie Boss Alexander<\/strong>, went on to speak out against Holker\u2019s claims and alleged they would be seeking \u201clegal counsel\u201d<\/a> over the unproven statements\u201d in her memoir.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a family we have repeatedly shown compassion toward Allison despite her disrespectful and evasive actions since Stephen\u2019s passing,\u201d Alexander\u2019s February statement read, in part. \u201cHer portrayal of Stephen appears to reshape his story into a narrative that aligns with her perspective.\u201d<\/p>\n
