She later met her now-husband<\/a>, Tanner Tolbert<\/strong>, during the second season of Bachelor in Paradise. <\/i>The pair wed in 2016.<\/p>\nRoper and Tolbert, 38, went on to welcome children Emmy, Brooks and Reed in 2017, 2019 and 2020, respectively. Three years later, Roper suffered a missed miscarriage<\/a> with a baby they planned to name Beau.<\/p>\n\u201cI\u2019ve been struggling with what to write here as I\u2019ve been navigating a miscarriage. It felt like all my dreams were coming true to welcome another baby into our lives, to love and to complete our family,\u201d Roper wrote via Instagram in 2023. \u201cWhile our hearts our completely broken and we have been dealing with the deep and complex grief of the loss, we have been blessed to be touched by his soul for his short amount of time.
