Peacock has not issued an explanation behind Yulissa\u2019s exit from the show. The only acknowledgement they gave was during episode 2 of season 7 when narrator Iain Stirling said, \u201cWelcome back to Love Island USA. <\/em>Yulissa has left the villa.\u201d<\/p>\n
