“Also, for the Clois parallels!!! Watching Smallville<\/i><\/a> made me feel like Clark and Lois were just the straight version of Kara and Lena. Of course, there are a few differences, like the banter and the annoyance to lovers trope for Lois and Clark, but otherwise there are so many tropes similar to Clois: friends to lovers, slow burn, the bridal carry, secret identity, second chance at love, time travel, rescue reversal trope…<\/p>\n I wish more than anything they were endgame and kissed just one time, and for me, too, nothing hits the same. Glad I’m not the only one lol I thought I was crazy especially for a ship that never happened in the show (even though we’ve been queerbaited tho).
