Since the show aired, Purvis lost custody of sons Weston Jr. and River.<\/p>\nGosa\u2019s wife and Weston Jr.\u2019s stepmom, Amy Gosa<\/strong>, shared via Facebook earlier this month that the family \u201ctried to wake\u201d Weston up at 7 a.m. on the morning of June 2, but he was \u201cnot breathing.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cWe attempted CPR and called an ambulance. The paramedics attempted it as well and took him to the hospital in Gordon County where he was pronounced dead,\u201d Amy wrote. \u201cHe had several health issues as well as diabetes.
